# CARTILHA DE REGRAS

Essas regras podem incluir:

1. **Respeito e Cordialidade**: Os superiores devem tratar todos os ouvintes e participantes com respeito, mantendo um ambiente amigável e inclusivo. Qualquer forma de discriminação ou ofensa não será tolerada.
2. **Manutenção da Ordem**: É responsabilidade dos superiores garantir que as discussões e interações ocorram de forma organizada. Caso haja algum conflito ou desentendimento, eles devem intervir de maneira justa e imparcial para resolver a situação.<br>
3. **Imparcialidade e Transparência**: Superiores devem atuar de forma justa, sem favorecimentos, e ser transparentes em suas decisões. Eles devem aplicar as regras de forma consistente para todos os  envo.
4. **Privacidade e Segurança**: Devem proteger a privacidade dos ouvintes e participantes, garantindo que informações pessoais não sejam compartilhadas sem consentimento e que todos estejam seguros ao interagir na plataforma.
5. **Feedback e Melhoria Contínua**: Estimular a interação com a comunidade, buscando feedback e sugestões para melhorar constantemente a experiência na rádio, além de atualizar regras e processos conforme necessário.
